Domestic Sewage Treatment System (DSTS)
PESB undertakes the sewage treatment plant for all
capacities. The quality of discharge from our STP can meet
all international standard. We also provide assistance in
the overall sewerage planning.
We can provide the following domestic sewage treatment

Build, Operate & Transfer (B.O.T)
We are prepared to form consortium to undertake
environmental project on B.O.T. basis
Systems that we have experienced such as:
a) Centralised Sewage Treatment System
b) Centralised Wastewater Treatment Management
c) Water Recycling Management
PESB with the relevant technical expertise and experience
will undertake the privatisation project to provide the
necessary facility on a B.O.T basis over a concession
period. PESB will undertake the responsibility in setting
up financing arrangement in collaboration with
international and private financial institutions.
Participation is also open to local investors who are
interested and having capability to invest and provide the
necessary financial resources to finance part of the
project.
The parties involved include Central Government,
Provincial Government, its authorised agencies, private
investors and institutions and any other interested
parties.
The end users is the potential parties that would sign a
long-term usage agreement with the parties for the use of
the facilities
Technology Transfer
We also prepared to transfer the technology on wastewater
and sewage treatment system to the parties that would like
to work with us for undertaking the wastewater and sewage
treatment plant projects.
