PE*Gre-EnergyTM
System (PEGES) for Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) &
Agriculture Waste
The PE*Gre-Energy system or better known as PEGES
in short, is an ultimate solution to all municipal
solid waste (MSW) and livestock waste problems. It is
simply a fully integrated and environmental friendly
technology that adopts the anaerobic digestion,
co-generation and composting function.
 |
PEGES consists
of 3 components; the mechanical separator, the
biological and physical treatment system. |
|
Mechanical separator is to separate the
biodegradable from the non-biodegradable. It
consists of a trommel screen and an aqua
separator. |
 |
 |
Biological treatment system is
to treat the biodegradable fraction of waste. It
has the anaerobic digester, gas engine and
composting machine, which can produce biogas,
electricity, palletized organic fertilizer and
carbon credit. We introduced our first of its kind
high rate-composting machine,
HiWave TM
Compo. |
|
The physical
treatment is to treat the non-biodegradable
fraction of waste. It can either be an incinerator
system, sanitary landfill or recycling plant. In
the case of incinerator system, we recommend using
our
AMMWISTM
However, this last treatment is optional because
it depends very much on the availability of land.

Features
Affordable
Treatment of organic waste using PEGES is more
affordable compared to any incinerators due to the low
calorific value. Generally, no fuel is required and
not much mechanism involved yet efficient, hence
resulting in lower operation cost.
Financially sustainable
Segregation of organic waste from inorganic waste will
increase recovery rate of recyclables The sales of
recyclable will determine the financial
sustainability.
Compact size
PEGES is a very compact season. One of the key reason
is the use of the compact mechanical composting
machine, HiWave Compo.
Environmental friendly
PEGES is zero emmission. Even sludge generated from
tanks can be recycled into palletized organic
fertilizers.
Produce electricity & heat
Electricity and heat generated through this anaerobic
digestion process is considered a source of renewable
energy or the 5th fuel. It is entitled for carbon
credit under CDM of the Kyoto Protocol by UNFCCC.
This fully integrated PE*GRE-ENERGYTM System is
developed on the principle of WASTE TO WEALTH!
