The HiWave TM Dryer operation is automatic except for
the feeding and discharging. The only maintenance required is the
magnetron tube. Typical operating life of these tubes is above 6,000

Uniquely designed to reduce microwave leakage to no

Microwave technology features selective type of heating targetting
only the water and solvents in the sludge and cause it to be heated and
evapo-rated volumertically at a consistent rate. The solid content is inert
or transparent to the microwave. After removing all the moisture and
solvents in the sludge, excesive energy will act on the solid and activate a
series of chemical reactions that con-verts the dry sludge into hydrocarbon
gases and charcoal-like carbon materials |
